Workpulse’s Knowledge functionality has been revamped for organization admins. New features include Sub-Category and Micro Sub-category visibility, Assigned Roles info, and Created/Updated dates. Admins can create content easily in Admin >> Knowledge >> +Content, with options for tags, roles, and system admin-created categories. They can add sections, upload zip files, and set visibility dates. Users can access tailored content based on roles, with detailed course info and leaderboards. Overall, these updates offer a comprehensive platform for knowledge management in Workpulse.
