Unlimited Image Attachments in Audit Application
In the latest update to the Audit application, the restriction on the number of image attachments has been removed, allowing users to attach an unlimited number of images across various areas of the Audit app. This change applies to audit forms, comments, and action plans, giving users more flexibility in documenting their audits with visual evidence. Previously, a maximum of five images could be attached, but now users can select and upload as many images as needed without any validation limits.
MDR specific Geo-fencing
Devices registered for a location with MDR will now be restricted to access the Audit app only within the defined geographical boundaries of the registered location. When the Enable Geo-Fencing option is activated under Organizations >> App Settings >> General, a radius must be specified. Using stored location coordinates, the app checks the device’s current location at login. If the device is within the specified radius, access is granted. Otherwise, a message prompts the user to move to the registered location to continue. If a different radius is set at the location level, it overrides the organization-level setting for users of that location. Devices without MDR registration or when geo-fencing is disabled will follow existing access functionality without restrictions.
Audit: Improved Button Labels for Clarity
To enhance user understanding and address feedback, the buttons Save and Submit have been renamed to Save Responses and Submit Form, respectively. This change ensures users clearly distinguish between saving responses and submitting the form.
