We are very excited to announce a new update in this month of 2024.

This Workpulse Knowledge version will be available on the web platform from December, 2024.

We are thrilled to introduce an advanced asset management feature in the Workpulse system, providing a comprehensive solution to track and manage your valuable resources effectively.

Key Updates:

Network Option Update

In this update, we are making a significant change to enhance the user experience in the Knowledge section of the web and app. The Network option in the left panel of the Knowledge is replaced with the name of the organization. This change aims to provide clearer context and improve navigation for users, making it easier to identify and access organizational resources.

Listing of Last 20 Content

In this update, we are revising the logic for the “What’s New” section to improve user experience. To enhance visibility, we will now show the last 20 pieces of content created to date, sorted in descending order by modified date. This change aims to ensure that users have access to relevant and recent information, thereby enriching their experience within the Knowledge section.

Validation Removed and Upload More Than 500 MB Content

In this update, we are introducing the capability for users to upload larger content to the Knowledge section, enhancing the platform’s functionality. The maximum file size limit for uploads will be increased to 500 MB, allowing users to upload zip files of this size. Once uploaded, the content will be made available to the end users, facilitating access to more comprehensive resources.

Option For Creating Knowledge Categories At The Organization Level

In this release, organizations now have the flexibility to create their own Knowledge categories, sub-categories, and micro-categories within the Knowledge app. These categories are exclusive to each organization and will appear under the respective organization’s name, providing a tailored knowledge structure accessible only to them. Unlike the previous setup, the logic of brand and subscription for creating categories does not apply at the organizational level. This functionality is permission-driven, ensuring that only users with the appropriate permissions can create or modify organizational categories, enhancing control over knowledge management within each organization.
